General Description

Collect, organize, and track financial information for SACS users.

  • Record and maintain financial data for housing agencies on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Produce financial reports for submission to governmental agencies.
  • Process authority accounting information to produce monthly reports.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Prepare journal vouchers.
  • Prepare and maintain yearly budgets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Associates degree in accounting is preferred. Equivalent work experience accepted.
  • Ability to accurately analyze and interpret financial data
  • Must demonstrate effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate must be able to work with others to achieve corporate goals.
