For more than 50 years, Larry E. Speaks & Associates, Inc. has provided engineering consulting and land surveying in the River Region and other parts of Alabama. Founded in 1976, Larry E. Speaks & Associates is a seasoned engineering firm committed to quality services and client satisfaction.

Located in Montgomery, Alabama, our firm provides civil engineering and land surveying services on a wide array of project types within residential, commercial, and municipal sectors. Our employees are dedicated to offering comprehensive knowledge and skill to every project, big or small.

Civil Engineering

Larry E. Speaks & Associates, Inc. has a team of license engineers and support staff experienced in all aspects of site-development and project management. We provide a number of civil engineering services for site planning and development of residential, commercial, industrial, and parks and recreation projects. Many of our private sector clients are developers for shopping centers, retail buildings, residential subdivisions, and commercial subdivisions. We also work with governmental agencies as well as city and county engineers.

Surveying

Larry E. Speaks & Associates, Inc. has a team of registered land surveyors and survey crews dedicated to fast and reliable survey information. We work on projects of various sizes and types including subdivisions, bridges, airports, industrial plants, highways, recreational facilities, and general site development. Our crews use the most up-to-date equipment and recording devices for all land surveying projects. We work with the private sector and governmental groups as well.

Environmental Services

Larry E. Speaks & Associates, Inc. also provides environmental services at the local, state, and federal levels. Our team of environmental staff works closely with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and other local authorities to obtain proper permitting and ensure your project is a safe, healthy, and productive environment for your community.
